Its founders worked as executives in leading private companies and public institutions such as Land Registry and Survey General Directorate, Land Office, TOKİ (Housing Development Administration of Turkey), Ministry of Public Works, Emlak Bankası and were responsible for various construction, mapping, real estate investment projects. Company renders services countrywide with its staff consisting of SPK (Capital Markets Board) licensed appraisal experts, engineers, legal practitioners and economists. Company head office is located in İstanbul.
